Yesterday’s rumor from the famous Taiwanese rumormonger may have put Acer in a tizzy, which is why they’re out to squash it completely. Acer’s dual OS Android-Windows powered netbook will indeed be launched in this quarter, iterated a company rep.

Acer will offer a 10-inch netbook that will run Android as well as Windows OS on an Atom processor. The expected release in sometime in August.
