Nintendo has pushed it to v4.1 and although the exact changes are unknown, it should carry the fix that caused Wii Sports Resort to play the initial Wii MotionPlus video every time it was loaded.
If you’ve got WiiConnect24, the update must have already been pushed to your console or you can update the firmware by checking it manually.
