LG plans App Store, Android phone but no AMOLED phones

LG Electronics is planning and not planning some things in their quest to become the second largest handset maker in the world. In the planned things, LG have confirmed that they’ll focus on customized UI phones or in simpler words expect more 3D S-Class UI equipped phones. They are also planning to unveil an Android phone this year and a LG App Store in July. However, it is unclear if the App Store will only be for the Android platform or all platforms.
On the not planned front, they totally despise the use of AMOLED screens and have decided not to use citing “too expensive for the general public to buy.”
