Looks like AMD will be able to flaunt its DirectX 11 silicon for more time than expected. If the rumor flying post-Computex is to be believed, Nvidia’s answer to AMD’s DirectX 11 card (due later this year) will be sometime in the first half of 2010. This is because Nvidia is said to be reworking on its planned GPUs and is the one of the reasons for the delay. Nvidia’s emphasize on Tegra chips and Ion platform could also be contributed for the slow development of a DirectX 11 GPU.
