Were you pinning for a PS3 price cut at the upcoming E3? Well, so were we, but if THQ’s boss Brian Farell belief is correct, there are slim chances for the good news to happen. But he still believes that the price cut could be possibly done later in the year.

“We’re not expecting a price cut at E3, but we do expect one later in the year.”

PS3’s price cut has been rumored for couple of months now and E3 was sought as the best medium by media and analysts for Sony to announce their move. However, we are not crushing our hopes altogether as Sony hasn’t confirmed it yet.
