Palm puts down rumors to rest and officially announces Treo Pro. The existence of this device was already known due to leaked PR material and live images published by other sites. The phone as expected, comes with a Qualcomm 400MHz processor which is more than enough to pull WinMo 6.1 Professional OS. Features include a 320X320 pixels TFT touchscreen, tri-band HSDPA, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0. microSDHC compatibility and 2 megapixel camera also make the cut in the device.

Unlocked Treo Pro will hit the US retail shelves at a list price of $550.
