Amazon launches new Kindle Paperwhite in India

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite

It has taken some time but Amazon is finally selling Kindle devices in the Indian market. The all-new Kindle Paperwhite is now available in India, making it the fastest and the thinnest Paperwhite from Amazon yet. Equipped with a dual-core processor, the Kindle Paperwhite offers 25% faster page turns, responsive touch-response and an impressive battery life of 12 weeks from a single charge via USB-C. 

The Paperwhite features a 7-inch display with 300 ppi for crisper and glare-free reading and sports a waterproof design that can withstand immersion in up to 2 meters of freshwater for up to 60 minutes and 0.25 meters for 3 minutes in seawater.

The Kindle Paperwhite is available now in black for Rs. 16,999.
