OnePlus12

OnePlus launched its 2024 flagship, the OnePlus 12 series phones. OnePlus 12 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 4th Gen Hasselblad Camera and a new 2K 120Hz ProXDR display and has a peak brightness of 4500nits. The phone also supports Dolby Vision. Additionally, for enhanced touch accuracy, OnePlus has provided Aqua Touch feature on the phone that can detect wet fingers and water droplets on the screen, significantly alleviating issues related to sweaty hands and mistouches during both intense gameplay and everyday use.

The OnePlus 12 takes the triple camera system from the flagship OnePlus 11 and elevates it with an industry-first 50-megapixel Sony’s LYT-808 wide-angle camera. Boasting a large ƒ/1.6 aperture and a 1/1.4-inch sensor size, this camera enhances depth of field while compensating for low light. It produces crystal-clear images with vibrant colors and intricate details, even in challenging low-light conditions. Additionally, the phone supports red glare and artifact reduction, ensuring the capture of true-to-life images.

As the initial OnePlus single-screen flagship featuring a best-in-class 3x periscope telephoto camera with 6x in-sensor zoom, the OnePlus 12 offers a photographic zoom range from 3x to 120x. This unparalleled periscope telephoto lens guarantees high image quality and faithfully replicates natural lights and shadows, enabling users to capture spontaneous moments and expressive portraits from a distance.

The ultra-wide camera of the OnePlus 12 boasts a 114° field of view in an 48-megapixel resolution, providing users with the capability to capture a broader perspective on life while retaining fine details.

The phone’s latest RAW HDR algorithm enhances its light control capabilities by understanding visual landscapes and harmonizing highlights and shadows. This results in optimal brightness, balanced exposure, authentic color saturation, and seamless vignette control, allowing the OnePlus 12 to capture DSLR-like images with impeccable resolution and precision.

In addition, the upgraded Hasselblad Portrait Mode in the OnePlus 12 simulates bokeh and flare effects from Hasselblad‘s classic lenses, ranging from 1x to 3x. This feature adds visual angles and imparts a natural depth of field, creating seamless transitions between subject and background for stunning and believable images. OnePlus 12 comes in Flowy Emerald and Smoky Black colours. The variants are 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB. The 12GB version retails for Rs. 64,999 and 16GB for Rs. 69,999.
