HMD Global intros Nokia C01 Plus in India

Nokia C01 Plus

HMD Global has announced a new phone for the Indian market. The Nokia C01 Plus is suited for first-time smartphone users or someone who is upgrading from a feature phone.

It is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor and runs Android 11 (Go Edition) that ensures reduction of data usage by 60%, launches apps 20% faster and gives 900MB extra storage compared to the previous Android version. Customers will get quarterly security updates for the next two years and is backed with a 1-year replacement guarantee.

The Nokia C01 Plus features a 5.45-inch HD+ display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 5MP rear and 2MP front-facing cameras and a removable 3000mAh battery.

The Nokia C01 Plus is priced at Rs. 5,999 but customers availing the JioExclusive offer can get the phone at Rs. 5,399 (10% discount).
