Being a 5nm processor, the Snapdragon 888 offers upgrade in performance over its predecessors with a 30% improvement in graphics processing. It also supports LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1.

Since the device is targetted at gamers and enthusiasts, realme 5G utilizes VC Boost Stainless Steel Cooling System, which is a new generation of 3D vapor cooling with reduced thickness and higher heat dissipation efficiency. realme GT 5G features a 4500mAh battery and comes bundled with a 65W Superdart Flash charger that can charge the phone to 100% in just 35 minutes. realme GT 5G is equipped with the newly upgraded Hyper Boost 4.0 acceleration engine, through the system-level resource intelligent scheduling, and targeted temperature control interface opening, the game power consumption can be reduced by up to 9.8%, and the temperature of the body during the game is reduced by up to 1.2?. The new Tactile linear motor is also optimized for gaming, providing a new 4D gaming vibration sensation with a total of 10 different vibration waveforms, allowing users to get a customized vibration sensation. realme GT 5G also features dual stereo speakers, which provide sufficient sound field and bring an immersive sound experience.

The phone will also come with stereo speakers and a 3.5-mm audio jack. There is a triple camera setup on the realme GT 5G with a Sony 64-megapixel primary sensor. realme GT 5G will come in three colours, silver, blue and a racing yellow colour.
