Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite to be available for pre-booking from 23 September

Huawei MediaPad M5 lite will be arriving in India on 23 September, one can pre-book the device on the same day and get the product on 29 September via Flipkart. The Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite is a 10.1-inch Full HD screen tablet. The MediaPad M5 Lite is powered by the Kirin 659 processor and comes in 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB options. The tablet features a 7500mAh battery with quick charge support and also supports M-Pen lite stylus. It runs on Android 8 (Oreo) with EMUI8 on top. The tablet sports 8-megapixel front and rear cameras.

The M-Pen lite stylus is made of metal body and can be used to take notes or highlight things on documents on-screen. On the audio front, the MediaPad Lite has inbuilt Harman Kardon speakers and also feature Huawei’s Histen 5.0 audio for sound enhancement.

For Kids, the MediaPad Lite comes with ‘Children’s Corner’ that lets parents set time limits for usage and customise the content available on the tablet. It also comes with eye-comfort modes to protect a child’s eyesight: Optimal Distance Reminder (provides smart reminders when the M5 lite is less than 25cm from the face), Posture Guidance (provides a reminder to children to not read the tablet when lying down). Alongside, it also boasts of Intelligent Light Adjustment, Blue Ray Filter and Usage Time Control.

The pricing of the tablet is not yet revealed. Also, the M Pen lite stylus will be sold separately and will not come bundled with the tablet.
