Automatic phone backup now included in Google One membership

Google One is a paid membership where one gets increased storage space for backing up texts, contacts and apps. Now the enhancement to the standard Android backup, Google One will also backup original quality photos, videos and multimedia messages (MMS). This can be now managed from the Google One app itself via the automatic phone backup. This makes it easy for you to restore your backup when moving to a new Android phone.

Currently, Google provides 15GB of storage space that is accounted for Gmail, Google Photos and Google Drive. Google One Membership provides extended storage ranging from 100GB to 30TB. The 100GB plan per month costs Rs. 130, for year the cost is Rs. 1300, besides extra storage Google One members get access to Google experts, access to exclusive member benefits and option to add family members to the plan.
