Few days back at the launch of Realme 5 series, Realme had announced that it will launch the Realme XT smartphone. Today it officially unveiled the same. Realme XT gets the crown for the first smartphone to come with 64-megapixel camera made by Samsung ISOCELL GW1.
Realme XT is powered by Snapdragon 712 SoC and will come with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The display size of the phone is 6.4-inch AMOLED and the rear of the phone features a 3D glass hyperbola curve design. The battery of the phone is 4000mAh and it supports 20W VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge.
The highlight of the phone is the four camera setup at the rear. There is the 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel super wide angle camera, 2-megapixel portrait camera and 2-megapixel macro 4cm camera. The front selfie-camera is 16-megapixel. The camera setup is the same like the recent Realme 5 series, except the main camera which is upgraded. Realme has not yet revealed the price of the same, however, the device will be first launched in India.
Very soon Xiaomi will also launch its Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone with 64-megapixel camera. It seems that Realme wanted to be the first to announce the same in India and lead the hype.
