Vivo launches iQOO Pro with Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset

Vivo IQOO 5G
Vivo today launched the iQOO Pro phones, there are two variants of the same,
iQOO Pro 5G and iQOO Pro 4G. Both devices feature 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display and are powered by Snapdragon 855 Plus processor.

The iQOO Pro 4G variant will come with 8GB RAM and 128 internal storage as well as 12GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The iQOO Pro 5G variant will come in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB and 12GB+128GB options.

With regards to the camera, the phones feature triple camera setup with 48-megapixel main sensor, 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front selfie camera is 12-megapixel. The devices support face unlock and have in-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo IQOO 4G
The phones run on Android 9 with Funtouch OS 9 and are powered with a 4500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The iQOO 4G with 8GB+128GB is priced at CNY 3,198 (~INR 33,000), the 12GB variant is priced at CNY 3,498 (~INR 36,000). The IQOO 5G 8GB+128GB variant costs CNY 3798 (~INR 39,000), 8GB+256GB variant costs CNY 3,998 (~INR 40,500) and the 12GB version is priced at CNY 4098 (~INR 41,500).

The phones are available in Racing Black and Le Mans Blue colours. The iQOO 4G variant is already on pre-order in China and while the 5G version of the same can be pre-booked from 29 August. The international availability of these devices are not yet confirmed.
