OnePlus 6 receives Android Pie based Oxygen OS Beta

OnePlus has rolled out the Oxygen OS Android Pie Open Beta for OnePlus 6 users. This update is in beta stage hence there are bound to be bugs and stability issues. Android Pie update brings new UI, gesture navigation and other enhancements to the phone. Besides this, OnePlus has also customised few features like support for accent colour customisation, New DND mode with adjustable settings and New Gaming Mode 3.0.

Some known issues highlighted by the company are that some applications may not function as expected, Google Pay service is not working and Google Play Store might show “Device is not Certified by Google”.
