Huawei today unveiled the nova series smartphones, the nova 3 and nova 3i in India. The highlight of the phones are the AI cameras that they come with. Huawei nova 3 and nova 3i sport dual front-facing cameras of 24-megapixel and 2-megapixel. The second camera takes care of depth in the photo. The rear cameras are 24-megapixel and 16-megapixel in nova 3. The rear cameras can enhance up to 22 different scenes and objects with AI-powered photography tools. The display screen is 6.3-inch LCD FHD+ and has a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels with 409 PPI. The phone is powered by Kirin 970 processor, 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The battery is 3750mAh capacity and the phone runs on Android 8.1 with EMUI 8.2. The price of the smartphone is Rs. 34,999.
The Huawei nova 3i is a scaled down version on the nova 3. The nova 3i features 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel rear cameras. The built-in AI can identify objects from the camera and query the web for information, as well as a link to purchase it online. The phone is powered by Kirin 710 processor and supports GPU Turbo technology for an enhanced gaming experience. The devices also support Face Unlock and fingerprint scanning as a security measure.
