New cars mostly come with pre-installed OEM car steroes. However, they are just mediocre or lack the needed features. This is when aftermarket car stereo comes in to picture. Sony India has launched a new car AV receiver that support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The XAV-AX5000 features a 6.95-inch capacitive touchscreen and smartphone integration. This is a rear chasis single-DIN dimension AV receiver.
Coming to the audio features, the XAV-AX5000 incorporates 2-mode boost steps that allows for both delicate and heavy boost settings. A built-in 4-channel amplifier delivers 55 watts x 4(max. at 4 ohms) output power with DRA2 (Dynamic Reality Amp 2) power IC and DSO (Dynamic Stage Organizer) which creates vivid sound image as if there were speakers on the dashboard. This AV receiver also supports rear-view camera connectivity. One can also plug-in USB drives as the receiver features two USB ports. XAV-AX5000 is available for Rs. 24,990.
