Vivo announced India’s first smartphone with in-display fingerprint scanner, the X21. With 6.28in display screen with 18:9 aspect ratio, the X21 features FHD+ resolution (2280×1080). Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 660 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The dual rear cameras are 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel with Phase Detection technology and the front camera is 12-megapixel. There are various scene modes for the rear camera are Slow Motion, AI HDR, Timelapse, Portrait Bokeh (Dual Shot), Shot refocus. The front camera features Face Beauty, Group selfie, Bokeh mode, LIVEOn, Watermark, Touch Capture, Voice Capture, Palm Capture, Timer and Mirrored selfies.
X21 runs on Android 8.1 with Funtouch OS 4.0. The battery of the phone is 3100mAh and it supports fast charging. The phone also comes pre-installed with few apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Hangouts, Youtube and more. Vivo provides a protective case and a screen guard with the phone.
The phone is only available in black colour and retails for Rs. 35,990.
