It’s always good to hear from the horse’s mouth. Samsung Mobile’s DJ Koh has confirmed that customers can expect the new Galaxy S flagship phone at MWC next month. Samsung’s choice of choosing one of the biggest telecom industry exhibition is unsurprising considering Samsung has revealed their important flagship phones in the past.
Galaxy S9 is rumoured to be an incremental update to its well-received Galaxy S8. While the phone’s design will be more or less similar to the Galaxy S8, Samsung has apparently reworked the position of the fingerprint scanner. Moreover, there will be usual improvements in terms of performance, camera and battery life.
Koh also divulged some info on the foldable phone that Samsung is working on. The phone that will be able to transform into a tablet will be revealed early next year with the phone going into mass production later this year.
