Focusing on the camera, Panasonic launched two new phones in the Eluga series, the Eluga Ray 700 and Eluga Ray 500. The Eluga Ray 700 features 5.5-inch Full HD screen with 2.5D curved display. Running on Android Nougat, the phone features 32GB storage and 3GB RAM. The rear and the front cameras are both 13-megapixel with the rear featuring Sony IMX 258 lens with Phase Detection Auto Focus. The phone is powered by MediaTek 1.3GHz Octa-Core processor. It is a dual-SIM phone with 4G support and is backed by 5000mAh battery. The Eluga 700 is priced at Rs. 9,999.
The other phone in the series, the Eluga Ray 500 features 5-inch screen with 2.5D curved display. The phone is powered by MediaTek 1.25 GHz Quad-Core Processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The Ray 500 features dual-cameras in the rear, one is 13-megapixel and other is 8-megapixel. The front camera is 5-megapixel. The battery is lower than the Ray 700 at 4000mAh. The Eluga Ray 500 is priced at Rs. 8,999.
Eluga Ray 700 and Ray 500 are available in three colours – Champagne gold, Mocha gold and Marine Blue. Both these phones will be available on Flipkart.com in the Big Billion Days sale with a special discount of 10% on SBI cards.
