OnePlus 5 Soft Gold

OnePlus today announced a new colour option for the OnePlus 5. The phone will go on sale from August 9 in Soft Gold hue in limited numbers. Only the 6GB variant will be painted with the new colour, which means if you were looking to rock the top-end OnePlus 5, you’ll have to settle with the Slate Gray or Midnight Black variant.

Under the hood, it’s the same OnePlus 5 but the Soft Gold on the OnePlus 5 this time, is said to be 30 percent finer than the previous Soft Gold-toting OnePlus devices.

According to OnePlus, it takes an “average of 180 days” to create and perfect a coating of soft gold, which is then sandblasted and polished to get the perfect golden colour.

The phone will sell Rs. 32,999 on Amazon.in and oneplusstore.in.
