After the success of the Redmi Note 3, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 4 in China. The successor is powered by Helio X20 10-core processor from MediaTek, features a metal unibody design, chamfered edges and 4100 mAh battery. In terms of looks it is very identical with the predecessor.
This is also a 5.5-inch full HD display device featuring 2.5D curved glass. The rear camera here is 13-megapixel with PDAF and the front is 5-megapixel. The fingerprint sensor in Redmi Note 4 supports MiPay and AliPay, of course this in China.
Redmi Note 4 comes in two versions, the 16GB and the 64GB. It also features a dual-SIM hybrid slot; meaning, you can expand the storage up to 128GB using the microSd card. Redmi Note 4 supports 4G+ (LTE Cat 6) network and VoLTE. In China, the pricing of the phone is aggressively priced for approx $150 for 16GB version and $180 for the 64GB version. We expect the same pricing when launched in India.
