First introduced at IFA 2014, LG’s curved Ultrawide monitor is now available in the Indian market. The monitor boasts a curved IPS panel that has an aspect ratio of 21:9. The 34-inch monitor is predominantly targeted at professional users and power users who seek additional screen real estate without having to power up another monitor.
The monitor supports 3440×1440 pixel Quad HD resolution, is compatible with both PCs and Macs and comes with Thunderbolt 2 support and integrated 7W speaker.
In addition to the Ultrawide monitor, LG also announced its Digital Cinema 4K monitor in India that supports 4K resolution (4096×2160 pixels) and supports up to 99 percent Adobe RGB colour space.
The Curved Ultrawide monitor will sell in India for Rs. 85,000 whereas the 4K monitor will go for Rs. 90,000.
