Lenovo teased us about a new affordable LTE device for the Indian market and delivering their promise, revealed it at the CES 2015. It’s the A6000 that will hit the retail soon through a partnership with Flipkart and though we don’t have an exact price yet, Lenovo is hinting it to be around or under the Rs. 10,000 mark.
The A6000 will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and boasts a nice premium design with decent hardware. The phone comes with Qualcomm’s 64-bit 1.2GHz MSM8916 processor, 1GB RAM and run Android 4.4 with VIBE UI 2.0 on top. Additionally, the phone supports 4G LTE (FDD bands 1/3/7/20) and features a 5-inch HD display, dual speakers with Dolby Digital Plus for improved audio quality, 8GB internal memory, dual SIM support, 8 megapixel and 2 megapixel rear and front-facing cameras and 2300mAh battery.
There’s no specific release date but the phone should be up for sale by end of this month.
