Gionee Marathon M3 comes with a 5000mAh battery, affordable price tag

Gionee just announced a smartphone that wants you to keep the battery power bank at home next time you venture out. The Marathon M3 that will be available in India in the coming days boasts a 5000mAh battery that promises up to 32 hours of 3G talk time with over a month of standby. The phone also comes with OTG Reverse Charge that allows users to use their Marathon M3 to charge other USB-powered gadgets.

As for other features, the Marathon M3 features a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, dual SIM support, 5-inch HD IPS display, 8 megapixel camera with 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, FM, GPS and microSD card slot. Marathon M3 also comes with a feature called Hotknot that allows two phones to exchange photos and videos in an instant as long as the two screens are put together.
