Asus today introduced a high-end gaming PC, GR8 under its Republic of Gamers (ROG). The USP of the PC is the powerful hardware packed in a compact 2.5-liter console-inspired chassis. The ROG R8 boasts a powerful Intel Core i7 processor while the graphics duty is handled by Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 750 Ti. The PC features up to 16GB DDR3 RAM, HDD or SSD option and comes with special slide-off covers for easy access to the additional 2.5-inch drive bay and SO-DIMM memory slots for quick and easy upgrades.
The ROG R8 also packs in other features that will benefit gamers like 4K/UHD support, HDMI/DisplayPort inputs, Intel Ethernet for better throughput, built-in dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, GameFirst III that optimizes networks to give users lag-free gameplay, SupremeFX audio, pre-installed Steam utility that allows easy download of games and built-in Miracast receiver to stream HD content wirelessly from supported Android devices.
The ROG GR8 will be available from this month for Rs. 80,000.
