In the real world, in case you’re no more, your assets are passed to your legal heir. And though your digital world is as important as a real one these days, the data that you’ve accumulated all these years remain in a limbo with access to no one once you’re dead.
To address this issue, Google has introduced Inactive Account Manager that gives access to the user data or deletes it after a certain amount of inactivity preset by the user. The services that are affected by this feature are +1s; Blogger; Contacts and Circles; Drive; Gmail; Google+ Profiles, Pages and Streams; Picasa Web Albums; Google Voice and YouTube.
