Google’s answer to Evernote and the likes is now official. Dubbed as Google Keep, users can now write down notes, prepare checklists, photos and even transcribe voice memo in the Android app.
Google says all the data is synced to user’s Google Drive and will be available across all synced devices.
The app supports widget on the Android device and if you’re running a device on Android 4.2+, you’ll also get a lock screen widget.
For now, Android is the only way to use Google Keep but Google will allow users to access, edit and create notes on the web via Google Drive in the coming weeks.
