Google has pitched their Chrome OS powered Chromebooks as affordable alternatives to full-fledged laptops. But Chromebook Pixel is a different kind of beast. Not only the Chromebook Pixel is the most expensive Chromebook yet, it packs a 12.85-inch display with 4.3 million pixels (2560X1700) – most found on a laptop. The screen is also touchscreen-enabled and boasts a pretty sleek and attractive design with full metal enclosure.
Additionally, the Chromebook Pixel comes with 1TB of Google Drive storage, backlit keyboard, glass touchpad, support for Chrome apps and optional LTE.
The Wi-Fi version of the Chromebook Pixel will sell for $1,299 whereas the LTE variant will go for $1,449.
