Nokia has announced the retail availability of its new Lumia devices for the Indian market. The Lumia 920 and the Lumia 820 will be available in the market from tomorrow whereas Lumia 620 is slated to go on sale in February.
Nokia’s flagship device – Lumia 920 comes with a 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ (1280×768) display and its claim to fame is the 8MP PureView camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Additionally, the phone supports wireless charging, NFC and 2,000 battery. It’s priced at Rs. 38,199.
The Lumia 820 supersedes the first Lumia 800 with Windows Phone 8 OS, larger 4.3-inch ClearBlack OLED WVGA display, 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 8GB internal memory, microSD card slot, 1650mAh battery, wireless charging support and interchangeable back covers. Lumia 820 will go for Rs. 27,559.
The final device to be announced is the Lumia 620 that will cater to the mid-range segment. This too will run the latest Windows Phone OS but will come with 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm S4 processor, 3.8-inch 800×480 WVGA ClearBlack display, 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash, front-facing VGA camera, 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot and 1300mAh battery. Nokia will confirm the pricing closer to device’s launch.
