Gameloft announces Duo Gamer Controller for Apple iOS devices

Gameloft has teamed up with Duo Games to launch their own branded gaming controller for Apple iOS devices. The Duo Gamer works is compatible with Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices and works only with Gameloft titles like Asphalt 7: Heat, Order & Chaos Online, and N.O.V.A. 3 – Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance etc.

The game pad is a Bluetooth-enabled wireless controller that comes with dual-analog thumb sticks, six buttons and a d-pad and a Gameloft branded stand, allowing users to dock the device.

While the idea of a controller to enjoy graphic immersive games is good, restricting it to a single publisher is disappointing.

Duo Gamer is now available on Amazon, Target for $79.99 and will be available on Apple’s website from Oct 5.
