Swype adds support for Hinglish words

Given how we communicate regularly with people in a language mixed with Hindi and English words, it sometimes becomes cumbersome to Swype only in English. Thankfully, Nuance has listened to Hinglish speaking (and writing) crowd and have added thousands of Hinglish words to their database so Swype won’t ask you to change if you type chai, paani, desi, masti etc. on the device.

The new Swype also features next word prediction and multi-modal keyboard.

Nuance has seeded the latest version to Android OEMs and an SDK for other operating systems.
