WD India launches Sentinel DX4000 Network Storage for SMBs

WD has brought a new network storage solution that fulfills the needs of Indian SMBs. WD Sentinel DX4000 is available in capacities of 4TB, 6TB, 8TB and 12TB and is equipped with Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials OS and Intel D525 dual-core Atom CPU that allows businesses to automatically backup and restore data for up to 25 devices on a single network.

WD says their Sentinel storage solution is equipped with pre-configured enterprise-class drives, RAID storage, daily backup support, dual Gigabit Ethernet configuration that falls on the second network in case of the main network failure and optional cloud storage option for offsite data recovery.

WD Sentinel DX4000 pricing is as follows: Rs. 64,499 for the 4TB solution, Rs. 69,999 for 6TB, Rs. 89,999 for 8TB and Rs. 99,999 for 12TB.
