Samsung confirms dual-core Galaxy S III for USA

Samsung today confirmed the Galaxy S III phone for the American market, which will surprisingly, sport the same global design. However, Samsung has done some customizations internally that features a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor and 2GB RAM.

Apart from that, we’re looking at the same Galaxy S III. The phone comes with a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED Display (1280×720), 8MP camera, 1.9MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microSD card slot (up to 64GB), 2100mAh battery and 16GB or 32GB internal storage.

The phone will arrive sometime in June starting from $199 on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular and T-Mobile.
