HTC rolling out Honeycomb update for Flyer

It was a bit surprising when HTC decided to use the Gingerbread OS for its 7-inch tablet as opposed to Honeycomb, which most of the competition was using. Good news now is that HTC is finally releasing the Android 3.0 version for its tablet. French Flyer consumers have started receiving the OTA update notification. The 210MB update apparently is limited to the 32GB 3G variant and bumps software version to 3.55.405.1.

Flyer users across the world should expect the update soon.
