Google Maps 6.0 for Android gains Indoor Maps

Google yesterday released a new version of Google Maps for Android and it seems to be a worthy upgrade, if you seem to get lost in shopping malls quite often! Google Maps 6.0 now includes indoor maps of select shopping malls and airports that allows users to see where they’re, on what floor they’re on and different areas on the respective floor.

Additionally, the new version has also got a slightly revamped UI that gives easy access to Navigation, Maps, Places and more.

The app is available for free on the Android Market.
