
Samsung is treating its home market with two power packed offerings – Galaxy S II LTE and Galaxy S II HD LTE. Although both are variants of Galaxy S II, the new devices are packed with features. As the name suggests, Galaxy S II LTE comes with the support of 4G LTE that boasts up to five times faster internet speeds than 3G. Moreover, the phone has a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display (WVGA), 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8MP main camera, full HD 1080p video recording, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 16GB internal memory and 1850mAh battery. The Galaxy S II LTE will be available via SK Telecom.

Galaxy S II HD LTE is basically same as Galaxy S II LTE but comes with a slightly larger display and higher resolution. Galaxy S II HD LTE is the second smartphone after Galaxy Note to sport a 1280×720 pixel display. The screen size however, is 4.65-inches. The phone will arrive on all three Korean operators – KT, SK Telecom and LG U+, which means it also supports Rev. A speeds.
