LG has announced a new Android phone for its home market. Following the success of Optimus Q, LG has introduced the next iteration, aptly named as Optimus Q2. The phone will be launched on LG’s U+ network and will boast some decent features like a 4-inch WVGA IPS LCD that is also one of the brightest at 700 nits, Android 2.3 OS and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.
Amongst other things, the 12.3mm phone has a spacious horizontal sliding QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct support, 5MP main camera, front-facing video camera and more.
