Apple has seeded the Golden Master build of iOS 4.3 to developers. iOS 4.3 GM means this build, 8F190 will be the one that will be released to consumers on March 11.
While iPad 2 will be pre-installed with iOS 4.3, users with iPad, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and third- and fourth-generation iPod touch will be able to download the update for free.
Some of the features in iOS 4.3 include improved Safari performance, personal hotspot support for iPhone 4 and more.
