Samsung Wave unpacked early – pictures, specs leaked

Samsung Wave (S8500)

 

Well, that didn’t take much time. After getting a glimpse of Samsung’s bada-powered Wave on an advertising billboard, DailyMobile has leaked pictures as well as detailed specs of the phone. According to them, the phone is just 10.9mm thick, runs on 1GHz CPU and will feature 3.3-inch AMOLED screen (unconfirmed but mostly Super AMOLED), TouchWiz UI 3.0, HSPA, 2GB internal memory, microSD card slot, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 3.0, 5MP camera with 720p video recording, 1500mAh battery, 3.5mm audio jack, DivX playback and high quality use of materials like aluminum body and tempered glass.

Samsung’s Unpacked event for Wave is scheduled for tomorrow but since most of the info is out here now, the only interesting details at the event will be its price and availability.
