Epson has introduced PictureMate PM310 and PM235 photo printers in the Indian market. Off the two, PM310 is an interesting one as it sports a 7-inch LCD screen that in addition to preview images, also doubles up as a digital photo frame. The PM235 on the other hand, is a portable solution that can be powered by an optional rechargeable battery pack.
Epson claims both these printers can print 4×6 photos in just under 37 secs and features custom-ID functions that allows a user to adjust photo sizes without the need to use a PC.
The printers use water, fade and smudge-resistant Claria Photographic Inks that allows images to be preserved for up to 200 years.
The Epson PictureMate PM310 and PM235 are currently available for Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 12,999 respectively.
