Nintendo’s recent upgrade to the DS was just a bump in the screen size but it seems they’re already working hard to deliver the next-gen DS that will be more powerful and faster than the current DS range. In an interview with Asahi, Satoru Iwata confirmed that they’re indeed working on a new powerful console and will have a display resolution of up to 1024×768.
Iwata didn’t say anything about the product but the previous rumors suggested Tegra 2 as their choice.
