Motorola may want its homeland users to go for their Android offering but down south of the American continent, they have unveiled a text messaging phone with hip color combination to lure youngsters.
The MOTOCUBO A45 features a full sliding QWERTY keyboard along with a quick access to social networks like Orkut, Facebook and Myspace. The phone also supports thread messaging and has quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, Bluetooth, music player, 2MP camera, 3.5mm headset jack, FM Radio with RDS, Google Maps, 2GB bundled microSD card with support to expand up to 32GB.
Moving from features, another thing that makes this phone special is the use of eco-friendly materials. Being the second green phone from Motorola, 25 percent of the phone’s casing is made up of recycled plastic bottles and about 70 percent of the phone can be recycled later on.
The phone is set to arrive in Brazil next month for 549 Brazil Reais (US$292).
