Luxury smartphone maker Tonino Lamborghini rolled our heads when they announced the Antares last year. The company is back again with another one of its premium offering – the 88 Tauri.
The 88 Tauri starts from a price range of $6000 and goes up to $6500 if you opt for a gold plated version (three colours are available). The high asking price is due to the fact that each device is assembled by hand and uses top-quality leather and has a unique number for each device (1947 units per colour) signifying its exclusivity.
The phone looks to be a decent performer on paper with Snapdragon 801 2.3GHz quad-core processor onboard, 3GB RAM, dual active dual SIM support, Android 4.4 OS and 5-inch Full HD display.
Additionally, the phone has a 20 megapixel camera with 8 megapixel front-facing camera for photography duties, 64GB internal memory, microSD card slot up to 32GB.
