Rumours related to a flagship device need to be taken with a pinch of salt but what do you do when someone who’s been accurate in the past blurts out something related to its successor? You listen! On his Twitter account, Mobile-review.com’s chief tweeted that the Galaxy S5 will be announced on February 23, which is a day before Mobile World Congress.
The date seems highly plausible and makes sense for Samsung since they splurged with the private launches of previous two Galaxy S devices.
Murtazin also claims a new user interface is on the cards for the Galaxy S5 and if we were to go by some of the rumours, we’ll see a Snapdragon 805 powered device with a display having a resolution larger than full HD, fingerprint sensor and at least 16 megapixel camera.
