An image of Nokia-branded iPod shuffle doppelganger has been leaked today, courtesy @evleaks. There’s no info whatsoever with the tweet but if we were to speculate, Nokia Guru does not look like a standalone music player by Nokia.
In fact, Nokia Guru could be a Bluetooth accessory that will allow users to enjoy music with the earphones wired to the accessory. The image although confirms the existence of NFC for easier pairing with NFC-enabled speakers like the Nokia Play 360 speakers, microUSB port for charging and volume control buttons, we feel Nokia could integrate some built-in memory so that users can enjoy music right from the accessory and not via a phone.
This is obviously a speculation but Nokia Guru looks closer to Samsung’s S-Pebble (Muse, if you may), functionality-wise than iPod shuffle.
