In addition to the tablets, Dell also announced two new XPS notebooks and refreshed an existing one with a faster Intel processor. The Dell XPS 11 adopts a 2-in-1 design that features a 360 degree rotating hinge design. Touted as the world’s thinnest and lightest 2-in-1 ultrabook, the device packs in an 11.6-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) display.
Dell XPS 15 is a multimedia-centric notebook that boasts a Quad HD+ resolution on its 15.6-inch display. Dell is also offering the high-resolution display with touch and options of 4th gen Core i5 or i7 quad-core processor along with discrete graphics from Nvidia. XPS 15 can also be configured with up to 1TB of HDD with 32GB mSATA SSD storage or 512GB SSD.
Dell also refreshed its XPS 13 with a faster Intel Core processor, Intel HD 4400 graphics, longer battery life and a display with touch option.
The XPS 11 and XPS 13 are priced at $999.99 while the XPS 15 goes for $1,499.99. XPS 15 will sell from October 18 while the other two tablets will sell from November.
