Panasonic at an event today unveiled the P51 smartphone for the Indian market. Panasonic says the new phone is targeted at those who’re looking for good looking phones with a decent features and specifications.
The Panasonic P51 features Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB RAM. Additionally, the phone comes with a 5-inch IPS HD (1280×720) display, dual-SIM support, 8MP auto focus rear-facing camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, 4GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 2500mAh battery. The phone also comes with a magnetic flip-cover and stylus.
The P51 smartphone will be available from this month for Rs. 26,990 (MRP) as Panasonic expects to capture at least 8 percent of the market share in the smartphone category.
