Google and Asus offers some cashback to 16GB Nexus 7 owners in US and Europe

So you bought a 16GB Nexus 7 in October only to find Google dropping the price of the tablet by $50? Well, Google and Asus are giving some respite to such owners, if you reside in US or Europe.

In the United States, if you bought the device on or after October 14, Google will reimburse the difference of the price under “price protection” policy on Google Play.

For owners in Europe and UK, if you bought the device from Asus before October 29, Asus will reward you with a €30 coupon that can be redeemed on the Asus online store.
