Motorola Mobility added the RAZR MAXX and RAZR V to its RAZR lineup. Labelled as the longest lasting smartphone, the RAZR MAXX gives users an enourmous talk time of 17.6 hours with a single charge. The phone comes with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) out of the box, but will be upgradable to Android 4.0 (Ice cream sandwich). Priced at Rs. 31,590, the RAZR MAXX sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display and is just 8.9mm thin. The rear-facing 8-megapixel is capable of capturing full HD 1080p videos. The phone is available in India starting today.
The other phone, RAZR V will be available with Android 4.0 during the third quarter of this year. The phone is 8.35mm thin and is tagged as an affordable smartphone. Both the phones use KEVLAR fibre for strength and scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass. The RAZR V will be available in Charcoal, Glacier White and Rebel Pink colors and is powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The pricing and availability of RAZR V is yet to be announced.
